AI meeting-booking agent for email

Cold email that reads like you wrote it. You pay only when a meeting is booked.

It researches every prospect before writing, sends from your own mailbox at a human pace, follows up in the thread with a new reason each time, handles every reply, and books the meeting into your calendar.

shipping while you hire
asha@getbrightpath.com → meera@…
Hi Meera, Hiring three backend engineers while the payments launch is due is usually where roadmaps slip. I run small senior product pods that ship while you hire. One helped a payments team launch in 9 weeks. Open to a short call to compare notes?

meetings free to start. After that, a fixed fee per qualified meeting.

How it works

The work a good SDR does. For every single email.

Most cold email tools automate sending. This one does the part that gets replies: reading up on the person, writing something worth answering, and handling the conversation.

Bring a list, or let it look

Upload your CSV from a CRM, a spreadsheet or an event. Or describe who you want and the Lead Finder looks on company sites, press and public talks. You approve every found list before anyone is emailed.

Every address checked

Syntax, domain and mailbox checks before a single send. Dead or risky addresses are dropped; guessed addresses are kept only when the mail server confirms them.

Every person researched

Like you would before writing: their company's site and news, their LinkedIn profile and posts, what changed lately. Each fact it may mention carries its source. Poor fits are skipped, with the reason.

Written like you, one at a time

It learns your style from your own sent mail. Each email leans on one real, recent detail and one plain question. A critic checks every line against the research and rejects anything made up, salesy or robotic.

Follow-ups with a new angle

Up to three, as replies in the same thread, days apart, each with a different reason to talk. Never "just bumping this". Any reply, out-of-office or unsubscribe stops it instantly.

Replies handled, meetings booked

Questions answered from your offer, objections handled, times offered in their time zone, and the meeting booked into your calendar. Anything sensitive comes to you first.

Deliverability

Your mailbox's reputation, protected in code.

Rules the agent can't talk its way around.

  • Warm-up for every new mailbox: 10, 20, 30 a day over three weeks, then your cap (40 by default, 50 at most).
  • Sends spaced minutes apart, only in business hours in the prospect's time zone, weekdays only.
  • No more than three people at one company in a week.
  • Plain text, no links in a first email, no open-tracking pixels unless you turn them on.
  • One-click unsubscribe headers on every email, your real signature and postal address.
  • Bounce guard: 3% pauses the mailbox for 48 hours, 5% stops it until you check the list.
  • A shared do-not-contact list: unsubscribes, "stop" replies and bounces are never emailed or messaged again.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Will this hurt my domain?

Deliverability is enforced in code: new mailboxes warm up (10 emails a day in week 1, 20, then 30, then up to 40, never more than 50), sends are spaced minutes apart in business hours, at most three people per company a week, plain text with no tracking pixels by default, and one-click unsubscribe on every email. A bounce rate over 3% pauses the mailbox; over 5% stops it until you look. We strongly recommend a separate sending domain.

Do you buy or scrape contact data?

No. Leads come from your own lists or from the open web: company team pages, press releases, conference and podcast pages. No data brokers. Found lists wait for your approval.

Does it sound like a template?

Every email is written for one person from research about them, in your voice, and checked for AI tells and stock phrases before it can go. You approve every first email of a new campaign until the agent has earned more autonomy.

What about anti-spam law?

Emails go from your mailbox with your real signature and postal address, every email carries a working unsubscribe, opt-outs are honoured on email and LinkedIn alike, and anyone who asks to stop is never contacted again. You're responsible for emailing people with a legitimate business reason; the agent judges fit before writing.

What if I reply to someone myself?

It notices any email you send from your own mail app in a thread it's working, cancels everything queued for that person, and steps back for good.

Can I use LinkedIn too?

Yes. It's the same workspace and wallet as Iraa's LinkedIn agent, and a person is only ever worked on one channel at a time.
